Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with us! We are committed to getting your order to you as quickly and securely as possible.

All orders are processed and dispatched within 2 business days of your purchase. Please note that our packing team operates Monday through Friday, excluding bank holidays. Orders placed over the weekend or during public holidays will begin processing on the following business day.

In most cases, we ship our orders using the Royal Mail Tracked 48 service. Once dispatched, your package will typically arrive within 2 to 3 business days. While Royal Mail is highly reliable, please keep in mind that these delivery timescales are estimates provided by the courier, and occasional delays may occur during peak seasonal periods or due to unforeseen circumstances.

As soon as your order is on its way, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation email containing your Royal Mail tracking number. You can use this number to monitor your delivery directly on the Royal Mail tracking portal, though it may take up to 24 hours for the initial tracking information to update.

We kindly ask that you double-check your shipping address at checkout, as we cannot be held responsible for items delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you happen to miss your delivery, Royal Mail will generally leave a card with instructions on how to arrange a free redelivery or pick up your package from your local sorting office.
